Dr. Mungali
“Where the rigour of science meets the grace of devotion.”
Dr. Mungali grew up in the foothills of the Himalayas, where his family was blessed by the presence of Neem Karoli Baba. From his earliest days he was graced by Maharaj-ji — a connection that ran through his household, carried in the stories of an elder generation who had sat in Baba’s presence in the 1940s and 50s.
Science and devotion
What sets his offering apart is its rare amalgamation of science and spirituality — the discipline of a trained mind held together with the open heart of a bhakta. His own words capture it: “Where the rigour of science meets the grace of devotion.” For him the two were never opposed; both are ways of bowing before the same truth.
The Divine Nectar satsang
Through the Divine Nectar YouTube channel, Dr. Mungali shares satsang — first-hand stories (leelas) of Neem Karoli Baba and the saints of the Himalayas, told so that a new generation might taste the same nectar. His work extends beyond the screen into satsangs and retreats, books and films documenting the Himalayan saints, and the quiet seva of supporting temples and bhandaras — feeding all who come, in the spirit of Maharaj-ji’s own teaching.
In carrying these stories forward — and in living the teaching of love, serve, feed, remember — Dr. Mungali keeps the lineage of love close and alive.
